Places for gala dinner are limited and will be distributed according to registrations based on first come first served basis.

Limited places for transfer from the venue to the main hotels of the city centre will be available with two itineraries:
First itinerary:    Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre - Intercontinental Hotel - Hotel Lev - City Hotel Ljubljana - Hotel Park                                                                                       
Second itinerary:    Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre - Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel - Birokat Plaza Hotel -> Austria Trend Hotel
