Arriving by plane

• If you are travelling from Trieste, Venice (Marco Polo and Treviso airport), Zagreb and Vienna airport and other neighbouring regions, Goopti is the shuttle provider you might use.

• The Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport is located around 30 km from centre of Ljubljana, which could be reached by:

• Public Transport
  
  If none of the times of the transfers are convenient for you, you can also take buses operated by Alpetour, which departure from the airport (stop: Letališče Brnik) to the Ljubljana bus station (stop: Ljubljana AP - Avtobusna Postaja) every hour. The ticket costs 4.10 EUR and the journey takes about 50 min.

• Shuttles
  
  For door to door service, you can book in advance shuttles, which cost between:
  
  - 10 EUR – 20 EUR for shared shuttles and
  - 20 EUR – 30 EUR for private ones,
  depending on exact times and number of passengers. The journey takes approximately 30 min.

• Taxi
  
  Drive from the airport to the venue will take approximately 30 minutes and the rate is around 40 EUR. Before you start your ride, make sure that the rate is acceptable to you and, if possible, ask the driver for the estimated fare. Transfers by taxi will not be reimbursed by the organisers.
  
  

Arriving by Bus

Ljubljana is well connected by bus services from around Europe. Bus travel is one of the most convenient forms of public transport for short trips to Ljubljana's surrounding areas.

Arriving by Train

Railway connections from Ljubljana to the major cities across the borders are often operated by intercity trains. There are good connections to neighbouring countries as direct train services connect Ljubljana with Austria, Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, Serbia, etc.

City TRANSPORT

All delegates of the TEN-T DAYS conference can use free public bus transport in Ljubljana city during the conference (from 25 to 27 April 2018) just by showing their badge to the driver.
