All participants are responsible for their own accommodation booking. Please find below a map of recommended hotels. Special rates will apply if you use the promotional code. Please note that neither DG MOVE nor INEA can act as intermediary and/or book rooms on behalf of participants.

We are kindly asking you to book a room as soon as possible to ensure space. There will be two other conferences taking place in Slovenia at the end of April 2018, thus there will be extremely limited availability of rooms during that period.
Please note that the rates are valid for a two nights minimum and may vary according to the duration of the stay.
